A place where some of my art can be bought as products. If you don't see the art+product combination you want feel free to reach out and request it and I'll do my best to make the listing as soon as I can.
A collection of different programming projects done on my own and in teams. I've loved exploring programming projects over the years as they mix the satisfying logic sandbox of programming languages with the unique project requirements that just about any use case seems to bring with it, leaving room for creative and innovative solutions at nearly every point of the process.
My work while spearheading UX and UI elements for different projects. As a person born in the 90's I didn't get to experience the most raw version of the internet but still went through my fair share of headaches when dealing with user interfaces before the user experience was cared for like it is today (usually). Focusing on UX and HCI alongside my computer science studies I hope to create seamless and accessible interfaces that make for a pleasing user experience in the modern world of ubiquitous computing.
Here some of my more aesthetic projects dealing in a variety of materials and mediums can be viewed. Since an early age I found myself enamored with the influence of a good logo or design and have enjoyed exploring what makes one pleasing to look at or popular amongst fans. Refining my style over the years I'm proud that I've been able to produce finished pieces that I and others find satisfying to view.
My earliest exposure to 3D modelling programs started with pepakura for paper craft projects related to prop replica, and I loved being able to see this 3D model on my computer come to life as an object I could hold in my hands. Now 10 years later 3D printers allow me to experience the same joy while honing my 3D modelling skills.
Often finding the margin of my notes to be a canvas for idle minded drawing, it was hard for me to view them as self expression and art. After being complimented on them enough though I've found pride in the compositions I've been able to put together in the space of a notecard or on a section of loose leaf.
My dad always said a handmade card was more meaningful than a store bought one and over the years I've enjoyed putting more care and thought into the cards I make for family and friends.
When it comes to larger things like furniture it's the material you end up with, though I lack the array of tools many woodworkers have access too I find great satisfaction in working with my hands and being able to produce a functional piece of furniture that someone can use at the end of the day.
Coming from a hardscaping background with some experience in wood working, the most metal working I had done before was drilling holes and fastening hardware. Having a few variety of rotary burrs and bits from the times I've used it to clean up 3D prints, I decided to see what I could do with them on some sheet metal. Some of my inspiration is drawn from Dwarf Fortress as it introduced me to the idea of gems made of materials other than crystals, my partner initially explored jewelry making before me and is my biggest supporter in this hobby.
Having an interest in cooking since a young age I always enjoy trying something out in the kitchen or just making something that sounds tasty. Venturing to make all sorts of things like simple white bread to a homemade cola syrup and even some DIY brewing. I love wrapping my head around the process of how to make food from scratch and experimenting with ingredients and alternative preparations and how to effects the look and taste of the food in the end.
